What We Do
Land Auctions & Listings
Sell your farm or ranch at a live or online auction, or list it with our real estate brokerage. We'll recommend the method that fits your land and your timeline.
Inherited & Estate Land
For executors, trustees and heirs, including families who live out of state. We value the land, work with your attorney and handle the sale through closing.

Bring equipment to our 22-acre yard on Hwy 30 in Kearney. We hold 8 no-reserve online auctions a year, with no buyer fees.
Statewide Equipment Auctions
Leave equipment on your farm or job site. Our team photographs and lists it right where it sits. Statewide auctions close the second Tuesday of every month.
Farm Retirement Auctions
Your whole line of equipment in one dedicated sale, online or live. We handle the photos, advertising, buyer payments and settlement.
Estate & Specialty Auctions
Household, shop and tool, business liquidation and court-ordered sales, held at your location or at our facility.
Personal Property Appraisals

Common Questions
Should I sell my land at auction or list it?
Auction works best when you want a firm sale date and the land will draw competitive buyers. A listing is better when the land suits a narrower group of buyers or there’s no deadline. We’ll give you a straight recommendation for your property.
What does it cost to sell?
It depends on the property and the type of sale. Every fee is written into a simple agreement before we start.
Do buyers pay a fee?
There are no buyer fees on our online equipment auctions. At live auctions, there’s no buyer fee when you bid in person.
I inherited land but live out of state. Can you help?
Yes. We handle showings, marketing and closing, and we keep you updated throughout.
What area do you serve?
All of Nebraska, from our office in Kearney.
