Farm Retirement Auctions
We sell your whole line of equipment in one dedicated online auction, right from your farm.
Retiring from farming? We run your entire equipment sale from start to finish, with no reserves, no buyer fees, and equipment that stays on your farm until the buyer picks it up. Here’s how it works.
How a Retirement Auction Works
1. Farm Visit & Plan
A member of our team walks your equipment with you, recommends a sale date and answers your questions. We plan the timing around harvest and your retirement.
2. Simple Agreement
One straightforward contract with every fee spelled out before we start. Every lot sells with no reserve and no buyer fees, which brings more bidders.
3. Photos, Video & Descriptions
Our team photographs and videos every item where it sits and writes detailed, honest descriptions, including hours, serial numbers and options.
4. Advertising
Targeted Google and Facebook ads, our email list and registered bidders in all 50 states put your equipment in front of serious buyers.
5. Open House & Inspections
Buyers can inspect equipment by appointment, and we can host an open house preview day at your farm before bidding closes.
6. Online Bidding
Bidding starts at $1 and closes online on sale day. Bidders register with a credit card, so every bidder is verified.
7. Payment & Pickup
Buyers pay our office, not you. Once payment clears, buyers pick up their items from your farm within 14 days of the auction.
8. Settlement
After buyers have paid, you receive a settlement statement and your proceeds from us. One point of contact from start to finish.
