1. All payments need made to the Amherst Red Shoe Gala. (Cash, check or Card with 3% fee accepted)

2. All winning bidders need to pick up & pay for their items within 7 days of the auction. All items are located in Amherst.

3. Invoices notices will be emailed after the completion of the auction. Invoices are also available under your "account" on the auction website.

4. There is no sales tax or other fees. What you bid, is what you pay.

5. If the website would malfunction or not work correctly during the closing of the auction, the auction company reserves the right to extend or reopen the bidding.

Tips for Bidding

1. Look closely! Each item has it's own specific ending time. The lots are staggered 20 seconds apart. That is 3 lots per minute starting to close. Example: Lot 1 starts closing at 6:00. Lot 2 closes at 6:00:20, Lot 3 closes at 6:00:40, Lot 4 closes at 6:01. The very last lot doesn't start closing until 9:44 PM.

2. Just like a live auction, bidding continues until there are no more bids. If a bid is placed on an item with less than 3 minutes left, that item's clock with reset to 3 minutes. This will continue until there are no bids placed with under 3 minutes left on that item.

3. We recommend you show more lots per page. You can choose, 25, 50, 75, 100, or 125. When lots are closing, it's easier to bid with more lots on the pages, then you do not need to change pages.

4. You can place MAX BIDS if you'd like. This is a higher bid than what is required, but the computer will bid for you upto that amount only if necessary. Example: Current bid is $25 and is asking for $30. You can type in $75. The bid will move up to $30 and the computer will place bids for you upto $75 if another bidder bids.

Within 7 days of the auction. Invoices will be emailed immediately after the auction. Be sure to check your spam folder of necessary.
