ONLINE BIDDER PAYMENT OPTIONS: ACH (takes 24 hours to process) or Credit Card with 3% Fee. Invoices over $3,000 will be required to pay ACH or Wire. Wire transfers accepted also with $20 fee. All invoices need paid by 5:00PM Friday, May 24th at 5:00PM for internet bidders. All in person bidders must pay immediately after the auction at the auction site.
All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds. You are required to pay for your items even if you do not pick them up.
LOADING: Items are located at Lacy Construction Office in Grand Island. All items need removed by June 3rd Loaders available for May 30th. After May 30th buyers will need their own equipment to load. No weekend loadout.
Running Two Auction Rings
Start Time 9:30 AM
Online Bidding on Major Items to start at 11:00AM
Procedure/Order - Two auction rings running at 9:30 on non-internet items including materials, landscape block, rebar, shingles, lumber, scaffolding, steel, trusses, etc. At 11:00 AM one auctioneer will start on the online bidding major items while the other auction ring continues on materials.
There will be a Ring 2 ONLINE ONLY that will feature items at another location in Grand Island. It will close at 3:00PM. Approximately 20 items.
